The 70's Sports Car is an unlockable vehicle in The Simpsons: Hit & Run. Like all other player owned cars this vehicle may be accessed via phone booths at any time, on any level.

The 70's Sports Car is a light, lime-green colored sports car with blue interior and a white spoiler. When the car is damaged enough, the trunk will open, revealing a disco ball. In Levels 3 and 4, Homer occupies the driver's seat. The car bears a strong resemblance to the real life 1968 Plymouth Road Runner HEMI.

The 70's Sports Car is not the most durable vehicle out there, but it is very high performance. It caters to the needs of players that need a fast vehicle, and it will perform all the better if taken care of.

In the sixth level, Bart tells Homer that the aliens are using the Duff Brewery to store laser guns, which Homer says it is Duff's biggest disgrace, since Duff Ice. He decides to use his secret weapon, which is his old sports car, Homer tells Bart that he lied to him when he said he sold the vehicle so that Bart could go to college. The two then set off for the Duff Brewery, while racing a black car there. Once they pull into the brewery, Kang and Kodos have confirmed that they have already mixed the evil cola with the water supply, plus it will wake the dead.

In the seventh level following the previous level's events, Homer stays using his sports car while he thinks of a way to destroy the spacecraft in the school playground, though after Professor Frink tries to destroy the UFO with his car, but causes only little damage to the craft. Homer drives off to the power plant, and Mr. Burns if he has any Nuclear Waste, which he tells Homer that he has a map listing all the burial sites of nuclear waste in town, Homer collects the map, collects the nuclear waste and drives to the school playground. When he gets there, Homer drives his car into the tractor beam, where it explodes at the top. Afterwards, Homer moans by the fact that his car is gone, as the ashtray was full of pennies, he then says he needs to find another vehicle, and fast.
