Bernard "Barney" Gumble is a regular recurring character on the American animated sitcom The Simpsons who appears in the The Simpsons: Hit & Run game.
When Homer needs to destroy Smithers' Car, he decides to use a big truck to take him out, so he asks Barney for the Plow King, but Barney is drunk and thinks Homer is a leprechaun, so he gives Homer the Plow King.
He later appears in the sixth level where Bart asks him if he has seen Krusty, in which Barney tells him that Krusty is down at the Squidport doing a promo for the new Buzz Cola.
