The Cola Truck is a large black-painted delivery truck with diamond-steel plating around the bottom edges of the vehicle, along with the "new and improved" Buzz Cola logo emblazoned on both sides of the main container and the doors of both the cargo bay and the cabin. Two smokestacks rise from either side of the truck between the cab and the cargo bay, billowing thick black smoke at the top.
The Cola Truck is equipped with a suspicious amount of surveillance equipment for a simple cola delivery truck: two radar antennae and a miniature satellite dish affixed on the roof of the cabin; a rotating boom microphone situated at the front of the cargo bay between the smokestacks; and a surveillance camera similar to the one used by the Surveillance Van placed above the cargo bay doors at the rear of the truck, which periodically takes photos of the surrounding environment. The vehicle bears a strong resemblance to the 1995 GMC Topkick.
Roles & AppearancesEdit
The Cola Truck plays an important part of the story in Level 5 as that level involves Apu trying to find the source of the Buzz Cola that scrambled Bart's brain. He also tries to find out who owns the Buzz Cola trucks until he is informed by Snake that they are registered to the museum:
- From Outer Space - Marge destroys every Cola Truck in Springfield, while she plans on getting rid of the Buzz Cola that infected her son. But she soon gets hunted down by Chief Wiggum.
- Incriminating Caffeine - Following the events of the previous level, Apu is curious to know who is behind all of the strange drama. He finds a Cola Truck parked in a building at the train station, which he follows until it stops at the mafia's social club.
