The Cola Truck is an unlockable vehicle in The Simpsons: Hit & Run. Like all other player owned cars, this vehicle may be accessed via phone booths at any time, on any level.

Description

The Cola Truck is a large black-painted delivery truck with diamond-steel plating around the bottom edges of the vehicle, along with the "new and improved" Buzz Cola logo emblazoned on both sides of the main container and the doors of both the cargo bay and the cabin. Two smokestacks rise from either side of the truck between the cab and the cargo bay, billowing thick black smoke at the top.

The Cola Truck is equipped with a suspicious amount of surveillance equipment for a simple cola delivery truck; two radar antennae and a miniature satellite dish are affixed on the roof of the cabin, and a surveillance camera similar to the one used by the Surveillance Van is situated above the cargo bay doors at the rear of the truck, which periodically takes photos of the surrounding environment. The vehicle bears a strong resemblance to the 1995 GMC Topkick.

Roles & Appearances

The Cola Truck plays an important part of the story in Level 5 as that level involves Apu trying to find the source of the Buzz Cola that scrambled Bart's brain. He also tries to find out who owns the Buzz Cola trucks until he is informed by Snake that they are registered to the museum:
