Transcript[]

Apu Nahasapeemapetilon: Oh, this is terrible. I have been selling tainted cola. Unless I redeem myself, I will be reincarnated as a sea cucumber, or worse, a land cucumber! I must find the source of this evil beverage. The soda in-voice commanded I come here but I see no cola factory. Ooh, a cola truck. Time for me to do that Hindu that I do!

(Apu follows the coke lorry all the way to the entertainment district that stops by the Gentlemen's Club)

Apu Nahasapeemapetilon: The Legitimate Businessman's Social Club. Looks like Apu Nahasapeemapetilon is taking on...the Mob.

Trivia[]

  • The mission's title is a play on the saying "incriminating evidence".
  • When starting the mission, Apu says one of his lines when he completes a mission successfully before the mission title card shows up due to the objective where this occurs being marked as "final" in the script. This is the only mission where this oddity exists.
  • The Cola Truck in this mission has stats far superior than the standard Cola Truck. It is much faster and has better acceleration rate and handling.
  • In 2016, two prerelease asset discs of the game were found which contained several information changed in the final game, dated around June to August 2003. The assets reveal that the mission took place near the Monorail Station and involved avoiding Chase Sedans while chasing the Cola Truck.
